The Library Help Desk, located in the Library & Study Commons on the 4th floor of Building 38, is staffed from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, except on holidays or school breaks. Stop by if you're on campus and want in-person help.
Librarians can be contacted directly via telephone or email. View our Staff Directory to see when librarians are available and how to reach them.
If you're not on campus and/or would prefer to communicate electronically, please use the Ask a Librarian form below for the quickest response to your question or appointment request.
We also check the Ask a Librarian on Sunday afternoons if you need help on the weekend.
We can meet with you on Skype or Google Hangouts, as well, if you'd like to be able to share screens; just mention it in your appointment request.
Beginning Monday September 12, 2016, the Institute Community will be able to get help from library staff via Online Chat. Look for the chat widget in the lower right corner of the library website.
